Bertanggungjawab kepada Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif YAM (KPE) dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab berikut:
 
 
Kewangan
 
  • Membantu KPE dalam mengurus dan mengawal selia, menyelaras sistem dan operasi kewangan dan akaun YAM
  • Menguruskan dan mendapatkan tajaan/derma bagi yayasan
  • Membantu mengawal selia dan menyelaras proses merekodkan dan memantau aset YAM
  • Membantu menyediakan bajet tahunan YAM
  • Membantu menyelaraskan kos program/projek yang dicadangkan oleh unit lain, ahli-ahli dan KPE untuk dikemukakan oleh BOT dan kerajaan
  • Membantu menyediakan akaun tahunan YAM untuk diaudit dan dibentangkan kepada BOT dan Setiausaha Syarikat (SS)
  • Membantu menjadi sekretariat kepada jawatankuasa Kewangan YAM

  • Merancang pengisian jawatan dan menyelia mengenai kakitangan meliputi urusan-urusan perjawatan, perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat dan tatatertib.
  • Merancang aktiviti-aktiviti mengenai pengurusan sumber manusia
  • Merancang, menyelia dan menilai mengenai aspek-aspek pembangunan kerjaya dan perhubungan pekerja, pengurusan prestasi dan kompetensi, pengiktirafan, kaunseling dan perhubungan dengan kesatuan sekerja.

Requirements:
  1. Kelayakan minimum ialah Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang yang berkaitan
  2. Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan
  3. Berkeupayaan dalam menyediakan kertas kerja dan usulan serta berkebolehan berurusan dengan pelanggan Korporat dan Kerajaan bagi mendapatkan tajaan kewangan
  4. Berkebolehan merancang, mengatur, mengetuai dan memotivasikan pasukan   serta mempunyai kemahiran berinteraksi dan interpersonal
