Pada awal 90-an, Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu telah melancarkan program yang dikenali sebagai Skim Latihan Sambil Bekerja (SLSB) kepada belia-beliawanis tempatan tempatan bertujuan untuk memberi pendedahan dalam pelbagai aspek pekerjaan dan seterusnya memberi peluang pekerjaan bagi meningkatkan taraf sosial.

Program tersebut telah memberi impak yang baik dalam usaha untuk mengurangkan kadar pengangguran di kalangan belia. Ekoran itu, Kerajaan Negeri menubuhkan pusat latihan berasaskan kemahiran untuk memberi peluang latihan yang lebih formal dan teratur kepada belia tempatan. Pada 14 September 1996, maka Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Negeri Terengganu (TESDEC) telah ditubuhkan.

Requirements:-

• Diploma / Bachelor in Accounting or related
• Working experience would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of business process, internal control, risk management and system development.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Prepare financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
• Monitor and support taxation issues
• Develop and maintain financial data bases
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses

B) General Labourer / Technician
Requirements:-

• Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of using and operating equipment such as power tools
• Must be physically fit
• Possessed class D driving license will be an added advantage

C) Administration Assistant cum Receptionist
Requirements:-

• Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Diploma / Certificate in any or related field.
