Engineer, Network Customer Support
(Kuala Lumpur - Plaza Sentral)
Responsibilities:
- To analyze complex Mobile and broadband customer complaints and provide update to customer service with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- To follow through on network issues with relevant team until closure/resolution.
- To ensure that all 2G/3G/HSDPA network customer complaints are escalated to the relevant department in NEO and subsequently resolved with the agreed SLA.
- To coordinate and be involved in complaint reduction and Quality Improvement Projects.
- To ensure that Maxis Satisfaction Guarantee (MSG) is achieved greater than 98%.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering with at least 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
- Must have knowledge in IP, GSM, UMTS, WCDMA technology.
- Must have good communication skill in English - both written and spoken.
