Head of Administration Kuala Lumpur - G Tower
Responsibilities:

To oversee all matters relating to HR, Finance, IT and payroll
management and administration to enhance the efficiency of the company;
-
To supervise all matters relating to office management,
administration, Finance, IT, operations and maintenance to ensure
effective utilization of the resources;
-
To provide support in motivating, training, guiding and counseling to promote better performance and work productivity
-
To create, implementation and execution of the HR, Finance and IT
strategies, policies and practices to promote better staff disciplines,
commitment, motivation and performance throughout the company;

To review, development and implementation of systems, procedures and
processes to improve the operational efficiency of the company; and
-
To prepare reports by compiling and analyzing data as and when requested by the management for review and decision making.
A. GENERIC - Job description:

Ensure investment and KPI targets are achieve.

Working in teams to develop strategies and to provide leadership/direction to various government and private entities.

Conduct analysis and identify problems.

Formulate solutions, recommendations and also implementation plans with clear targets.

Provide programme management support to ensure timely and effective delivery of targets.

Track and monitor progress of implementation.

Provide weekly/monthly reports to the CEO, directors and stakeholders in the Government.

Engage stakeholders at all operational levels to obtain alignment and shared direction.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate

Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
